The Two Child Policy is a law that began in China. This law emphasizes that each family must only have two children. Although the church disagree with this Two Child Policy law because they believe that people should multiply as much as they can, this policy is a practical way to make our country a better place because a) it prevents poverty b) it reduces overpopulation and c) it promotes a steady labor rate.
Worldwide Research (2006) said that, many philosophers in China like Confucius and Lao Tzu believed that this kind of law can prevent poverty. When Two Child Policy is implemented, many families can provide for themselves because they will no longer have to worry about their expenses. We can also say that there will be an increase in the number of children going to school because parents will no longer worry about which school they will send their children if they are only two. It can also lessen our environmental issues. People will no longer fight for their properties which often results in engaging in acts like illegal logging because now, they have their own savings when Two Child Policy is implemented.
Obviously, Two Child Policy law can reduce the population growth in our country. People can find a decent home to live in because as we can see, overpopulated countries like the Philippines have a very big problem in terms of shelter because many people have no private properties. It can also lessen the demand of food and medicine. In this case, we can save enough money for our future.
Lastly, the Two Child Policy can help stabilize our labor rate. It can also reduce unemployment in our country because when people are educated enough, there is a big chance that they can go to work. According to the survey in Japan, there are only 8% of unemployed workers in their country (Oklahoma Wed, 2008). It only says that if there are few unemployed workers, our government can decrease our taxes because many people can work for their country. Can you see the benefits when Two Child Policy is implemented? Always remember that unemployment can result in poverty, and poverty can result in overpopulation.
The Two Child Policy law should be implemented in our country because it can help us to have a descent life. We can say that the church also has a point regarding its belief that man and woman should multiply as many as they can. However, we must take into consideration its practicality. The Two Child Policy can help in the development and progress of our country.

Loyalty (definition essay)
Some people say that a loyal person is worth trusting. Basically, if you are a loyal person, there are so many things you should consider like what you are going to do or what you are going to say. Loyalty is a characteristic of being devoted to a person, place or a thing which requires patience and faith on what you believe.
Loyalty can be shown towards once family, friends and loved one. You must be able to show trust towards your family so that they can give their trust to you because being a family member means having responsibilities and duties. Therefore, you should earn their trust by giving your loyalty to them. The second factor is being loyal to your friends. In this factor, you should accept your friends for whoever they are, whatever they do or even what they look like because good friends are always there in case of problems and difficulties. The third factor and the most important one is loyalty to the one you love. If you tell him or her that he or she is the only one you love and no one else, you should stand by your words. Others say that if you are a loyal person then you stick to one partner in a relationship. This expression tells us one should love one at a time.
What do you think is the difference between loyalty and honesty? Honesty is a characteristic wherein one tells the truth. On the other hand, loyalty is showing that you trust a person no matter what. Being honest to a person means that you should tell the truth and not tells lies but loyalty means not expressing doubt towards another person. When you love someone and you tell him/her that you really love him/her and you actually do therefore, you are honest to the person; but when you love someone and it lasts long then that’s loyalty.

Effects of Laziness (cause and effect)
What comes to your mind when you hear the word “lazy”? Many people say that laziness is an act of disobedience and disrespect. What do you think is the reason behinds people’s laziness? The purpose of this essay is to discuss three effects of laziness on our family, school, and social life.
In our family, when someone gets lazy, our parents get irritated. They ground us for a week or a month or even worse, they will cut off our allowance. For example, when we ignored our sister or brother when they ask something from us, they will get annoyed at us because they asked something that we did not accomplish. This will sometimes lead to a fight or disappointment.
The second part discusses how laziness can affect as a student. When we say school, home works, quizzes and exams comes in our minds. If we apply our laziness on these factors, the effect is that we may fail subjects or we may even choose to drop them. For example, when we have homework or exams on the day after, we sometimes forget them and finish those things we wanted. One aspect of this misbehavior is technology because as we can see, technology really changes our life, at the same time, it changes our behavior as well our personality. Our professors will then never give us another chance because of our misbehavior.
Lastly, laziness can affect our social life. When we are courting someone, we should always give time and patience to the one we love. But if we are too lazy to wait, it will only lead us to lack of appreciation or worse, the person we are courting may no longer return the feelings. We will also have fewer friends because of our bad habit and misbehavior. Lazy people are often not trusted by many and are hard to be with.

Nowadays people are getting hooked on a sport they call basketball. Most of them, especially college students, spend their time and money just to watch the UAAP Basketball League games. Many rumors state that there are two superior teams in the league: the defending champions or should I say the Ateneo Blue Eagles; and their greatest contender and arch-rival, the De La Salle Green Archers. These two teams have a great potential in becoming the king of the season because both teams can play spectacularly in terms of defense and offense.
As we can see, these two teams gathered all potential players in the country to form a great team. Ateneo has a good offense and passing skills while La Salle is one of the best defensive team in the season. According to the experts, Ateneo has a big chance to make a back-to-back championship because only two players graduated in their team. On the other hand, La Salle lost their two key players. Do you feel out f place when you are in a fancy restaurant? Do you feel nervous all the time because you do not know what to do? If your answer is yes, then you should learn the proper way on fine dining, but first, what is fine dining? In 1862, fine dining was established by the Europeans. According to Charles Felisiere, there is a proper way of eating. Fine dining is a process that requires you to understand the formality of eating.
First, you should always wear formal or semi-formal clothing. When you are entering a restaurant, make may for the ladies first. No one should sit down before the host or hostess pulls out his or her chair. It is inappropriate to put your elbows on the table after you sit. The host or hostess would take the napkin out of the napkin ring and set it on his or her lap to indicate that the meal was about to begin. When using cutlery or silver ware, it is important to begin with the outside pieces first and move in as the meal courses progress. It is important to compliment the host or hostess when possible in a sincere manner. When eating soup, put your soup spoon in the bowl close to you and move the spoon away from you. You should not ask for a replacement of your meal once it is served. The proper way to show that you are finish is to put your utensils on a four o’clock manner. Make sure that you finish the main course before you proceed to the dessert. The proper way to handle the removal of plates and dishes is to sit perfectly still. Place the utensils accordingly after your meal and don’t stand unless all are finishing eating.

Christmas Day (descriptive essay)
As I woke up in the morning, I never realize that an awesome day was about to begin. While walking down the stairs, I could see people so excited about something. I never realized that we were going to celebrate Christmas. I stepped into the living room and asked my sister. Her wet hair filled my face with water as I came close to her. She said that were going to celebrate Christmas in the mall with other relatives. I could not stop my self from smiling and felt like I was dancing in the middle of the rain. I suddenly rushed into my room to take a bath as I smiled. While preparing my things, my mother visited me in my room and checked if I was ready to go. While waiting for the hands of the clock to move, I heard the sound of a car that broomed louder and louder. I never realized that it was our car getting started by my father and that we were ready to go. In the mall, we arrived there early in the afternoon when my sister asked my mom if we can eat our lunch. In an instant, we saw our uncle along with his kids. I hurriedly went to my cousin and hugged her at once with joy on my face. While walking, my father suggested that we should dine in a fancy restaurant. All of them agreed as we climbed the stairs. I was so shocked that my heart beat louder and louder because my father ordered plenty of foods and beverages; toasted chicken, shrimps, and many more. After eating our lunch, we went to the amusement park. Soon, we reached the park and humidly bought many tokens while seeing many people so happy that it felt like there was no tomorrow. I never taught that I would truly enjoy that time. It felt like a big iron crashing to my head. I wish that everyday was Christmas because all people are so happy along with their families and friends. As my father planned to go home, my sisters and I both felt tired while eating cotton candy. To my surprise, I looked t my parents because they had presents for me and my sister. We jumped, shouted and danced while looking at the presents. We simply hugged our parents and told them that we love them and that we really enjoyed our trip. Now I know what the true meaning of Christmas is.
